Posted on | May 10, 2008 | No Comments

Kettlebell Juggling is always fun and useful. It is also a yet another kettlebell tools that promotes strength, endurance and function.

There are many elements and difficulty levels to kettlebell juggling. I’ve been a fan ever since my weightlifting coach showed it to me. I was 13 and absolutely loved it.

It’s been a part of my KB routines ever since. 16kg is a standard juggling kettlebell weight in Russia for men(standard for women is 8kg) but I like using 12kg, 20kg, 24kg and even 32kg.

Elements that you see in my video:

  • single and double rotations
  • behind the back throw
  • side throw
  • up and over throw
  • between the legs throw

enjoy!
