Bored with Snatches, Swings, and Clean and Presses? Try kettlebell juggling.
In the first video I demonstrate over the shoulder transition with a 16kg kettlebell. Have fun and watch your toes!
In the second video watch between-the-legs throws. Try using just one arm.

Most of these throws I picked up as a kid in Russia. I’ve been getting back to kettlebell juggling, only to realize how effective this type of training is.
It is also a nice way to inject some creativity and intensity into the workout.
