Workout of the week 6/11/08: Kettlebell Workout for Rapid Fat Loss, Strength gain

Wednesday is here and that brings Workout of the Week(view all previous kettlebell workouts).
Today’s kettlebell workout is geared towards a beginner. It is designed to:
- Increase upper body strength
- Improve rotator cuff stability and strength
- Improve cardiovascular endurance and stamina
- Help body understand how to work as a unit
This kettlebell workout is rather simple: 3 stations – 3 exercises.
1. double kettlebell presses/kettlebell push presses(10) —–> 2. kettlebell swings(20+) ——-> 3. kettlebell snatches(5-10 each side)
When you get to number 3(snatches), walk to station number 1(presses) and go again.
Repetition: repeat at least 5 times, try to work up to 10 circuits
