How to improve grip and arm strength

One of the most common complaints and limitations is grip and arm strength.

I went though this myself, grip was my weak link. To fix it, my coach showed me bottoms up cleans.

It is a wonderful and effective kettlebell drill that is guaranteed to improve your grip and arm strength.

How often: 3-4 times a week
Details: Do 5 sets of 5 repetitions

Use 12kg or 16kg kettlebell. As 5 sets of 5 become easy, move up to 20kg, 24kg or 32kg

Note: I use 20kg(44 pounds) kettlebell in the video below.
