As a beginner to kettlebells
it is easy to go all out and try to do to much.
As you start, stick to 3 or 4 kettlebell workouts a week.
In the first weeks, work on your form and technique.
Focus on lead-in exercises to prepare you body for higher intensity workouts.
Make sure that your kettlebell workouts include the following:
- Warmup – 10 minutes
- Do lead-in exercises, work on your kettlebell technique – 15-20 min
- Include exercises for strength – 10-15 min
- Exercises for endurance and stamina 15-20 min
- Cool down – stretch, drink water and think happy thoughts 10 min
