Luckily there are few things we can use to make it all better(read Hand Care and Kettlebell Part 1)
This post is about how to properly tape your hands for effective kettlebell workout.

I was watching a movie about gymnasts the other day and saw they were using a strap that has the same shape as the taping trick. I did a bit of searching and found this:
