- If your knees hurt after a job - you might be dis-functional
- If your back is killing after an hour of walking in a mall - you might be dis-functional
- If you back and knees ache after you leave the office - you might be dis-functional
- If you have chronic tension in your upper and neck - you might be dis-functional
- If your right foot turns to the right - you might be dis-functional
- In fact, if you experience any chronic muscle pain - you might be dis-functional
My point?
You should be able to walk, stand, run, workout, sit, kayak, play without any pain or injury(soreness doesn’t count).
How functional are you? What type of activities cause you pain?
What would you like to be able to do but currently cannot because you know that it will take you out for month or two?

I was reading your questions and saying yes,yes,yes..lol.
I have fibromyalgia so I hurt all the time. I don’t have to be doing anything to hurt. I would love to have one more painless day in my lifetime!
I have recently started back exercising more often. It helps the fibromyalgia pain eventually. It just hurts really bad getting to that point.

@Angel: exercise helps. My wife is in the middle of her nursing school - I was surprised to learn that they are taught that exercise is the first line of defense(treatment) against many, many conditions.
Sounds like you’re active. Hiking, working on your core and back will improve how you feel.
