Crazy Cardio Circuit(CCC?) – From Beginner to Advanced

Have you ever asked yourself – how can I get my lungs burning, heart pumping, and muscles feeling nice and burny? (I know that burny is not a word, but it just sounds right, you know?)
Ask no more, Crazy Cardio Circuit is here.
Note: Women – use 12kg or 16kg; men – use 16kg, 20kg or 24kg kettlebell
- Warm-up
- Jog
- Light Kettlebells Work
- Main Workout – 20-60 minutes depending on your fitness level
- 8 Snatches(Left Side)
- 40 meter Sprint
- 10 burpees with push ups
- 40 meter Sprint(back to where KB is resting)
- 8 Snatches(Right Side)
- 40 meter Single Leg Hop(I am serious about this)
- Plank(hold it for at least a minute)
- 40 meter Single Leg Hop(use the other leg now)
- Rest 120 seconds, do it again
- Cool-down
