Today’s workout will improve your strength.
Kettlebell training for strength is simple and effective.
Simple exercises engaging many muscle groups will propel your strength to unattainable heights.
Warm-up
- Jog
- Light kettlebell work
Main Workout
- Windmills 1,2,3,4,2,3
- Jog 5 minutes
- Heavy Cleans and Presses 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3 (per side)
- Jog 10 minutes
Workout Notes:
For windmills use
- Women: 8kg or 12kg
- Men: 20kg or 24kg
For Clean and Presses use
- Women: 12kg or 16kg
- Men: 24kg or 28kg
