Workout of the Day

Today’s workout will improve your strength.

Kettlebell training for strength is simple and effective.

Simple exercises engaging many muscle groups will propel your strength to unattainable heights.

Warm-up

  • Jog
  • Light kettlebell work

Main Workout

  • Windmills 1,2,3,4,2,3
  • Jog 5 minutes
  • Heavy Cleans and Presses 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3 (per side)
  • Jog 10 minutes

Workout Notes:
For windmills use

  • Women: 8kg or 12kg
  • Men: 20kg or 24kg

For Clean and Presses use

  • Women: 12kg or 16kg
  • Men: 24kg or 28kg
