		<description>Not getting enough sleep will mess with more than weight loss. It can hurt your whole body and mind. 

Insomnia is one of the worst symptoms I have with my fibromyalgia. I can go days without sleeping at all and then fall into an exhausted stupor. 

I&#039;ve tried going to bed at the same time and all that stuff, nothing works. I have something wrong with my cicadic rhythm called Delayed sleep phase syndrome. You can look it up if interested. It&#039;s a chronic condition that I&#039;ve had for as long as I can remember. 

Medication will help me sleep, but I have adverse reactions to everything the doctor perscribes! 

So, I just deal with it the best I can.

If anyone just has regular ole insomnia, then by all means try to fix it. Not sleeping regularly will kill you!</description>
