Wow! What an excellent post! Enjoyed reading and discovering all the ways to overcome excuses like no time to workout, can’t afford to workout, and very good advice on overtraining, and choosing routine over results. I like that last one on not getting enough sleep – learn new things on link between hormone activity due to lack of sleep and weight gain. Have bookmarked this post.
