Here is your chance to saturate your days with something useful: kettlebell snatches.

5,000 snatches in 5 weeks.

Rules are simple:

  • Pick a kettlebell that you like
  • Start snatching the kettlebell
  • Keep track of the total number of snatches

    I’m in (just a bit behind the curve though). I did 200 Saturday. I use my 16 kg and went for 10 minutes, alternating 10R and 1o L until I hit 200.

    OK, I re-read this post and saw that we have to do 5000 in 5 weeks, that’s 1000 a week for you finger and toe counters.

    I got 800 last week (200 a day over 4 days) but that’s not going to cut the mustard. I’m going to have to up my numbers a little.

    Game on.
