hmmmm for me i would rather go for better eating habits cause i can’t go for hours of work-outs because of the nature of my work i can’t leave my internet cafe here…

Eating well is great, but without moving it is all lost!
I bet all that seating is taking a toll on your body. Tight neck, tension headaches… upper back pain?
Hip stiffness and pain..
If any of it sounds familiar – get outside and move!
Just for a little bit!
Instead of thinking and typing, think first. Take a walk, think about the topics that you want to write about.
When you get in front of the computer, it will take less time and you will produce far better posts.

For me the big question always revolves around sustaining motivation.
And doing a WOD with a bad back lol.
