I’m getting a lot of emails with questions and requests.

There is only one way to settle this :-)

Please leave a comment here with a question, suggestion or a request. I will keep picking your comments at random and answer them throughout next week. I will even make a video if necessary.

You can ask a question about:

  • Kettlebell Sport Techniques
  • Kettlebell Sport Competition Strategies
  • Posture and Corrective Alignment
  • Muscle Pain and Biomechanics
  • Functional Training
  • Or Anything Else Fitness Related

Again, I will do my best to answer it. Look forward to your questions!

Hi Coach, what a great idea!

I have a question that was always bugging me.

When I do kettlebell jerk, lockout really bothers me. My lower back feels it and my shoulders get tired quickly.

    What can I do?

    Thank you,

    Tom

    Denis,

What do you do for those with postural issues such that overhead work of any kind would be ill advised? I am starting up small group classes and a few of my clients cannot come anywhere close to raising their arms vertical. So…no tgu’s, no presses, no snatches, no overhead walks. How can I get them to do these exercises safely?

    Thanks!

    Denis,

I’m curious about postural issues and sitting at the computer all day. I feel like much of my kettlebell work is spent compensating for tight hamstrings and hip flexors from too much sitting, or maybe improper sitting. Can you talk about remediating these issues and proper computer posture?

    Thanks!
    Derek

The two challenges I am facing are increasing volume in the jerk and snatch lifts. Also, I need help in bettering my rack positioning. Any suggestions would be awesome!

    Cheers,
    Richard
