How To Control Weight: Finding Motivation
Posted on | July 8, 2011 | 1 Comment
In the previous post “How To Control Weight”, we talked about steps that show how to control weight.
First step was finding the motivation to lose weight and stay healthy.
To find motivation look inside.
Ask yourself “Why do I want this?”
The answer must be very important to you and explosive to get you moving in that direction.
What can that answer be?
It is different for everyone. For some it is vanity, for others wanting to be healthy and live long enough to see grandchildren.
For me it is about quality of my life. I crave ability to do anything at any age. Anything else scares the heck out me and that gets me moving, eating cleanly and exercising regularly.
Find what moves you. The reason must be big and juicy enough for you to sink your teeth in and not let go.
