How to control weight… The easiest and the most challenging endeavor.

How to control weight?

  • Move more
  • Eat less junk
  • Make it a habit

We all know what to do.

Eat better, move more… but then life gets in the way.

  • How do I move more if I have to sit whole day at the office?
  • How can I eat better if I don’t have time to cook?
  • I’d like to eat organic but it’s expensive!

To control the weight we must get really clear on where we want to be and why. Otherwise, nothing will happen, time will go by with no results.

So, to control weight, do:

  • Find your motivation
  • Get organized and plan ahead
  • Schedule and execute the plan

but,

How do I find my motivation?
How to get organized?
How to schedule and plan and account for emergencies?
